Programs: Companion Class

A one-day class for companions of patients at the clinic in Mexico, taught by a Gerson-trained Chef and experienced caregivers. The class will provide hands-on experience in:

• Organizing and stocking a Gerson kitchen
  
• Purchase and storage of organic produce
  
• Food sanitation and preparation techniques
  
• Menu planning and cooking
  
• Juice preparation with a Norwalk Juicer. Participants will prepare an actual lunch and juice.
