Introducing New Additions To The Gerson Family!
Welcome Gerson Institute’s newest team members!
With the arrival of fall comes family gatherings and here at the Gerson Institute, our family has expanded! We are happy to introduce three new staff members who bring a wide range of experience and a passion for community involvement.
James joins us with over 8 years of experience in securing funding sources through ultra-high-net-worth individuals as well as corporate and privately held entities. James is involved in his community by volunteering to provide financial assistance for local nonprofits that support underserved youth and individuals with disabilities. James also coaches little league in Encinitas for ages 8 to 10.
Vilavanh comes to us with over 10 years of experience in management, sales, products and marketing from a variety of different industries and corporations in the San Diego area. Vilavanh brings top-level leadership and business skills to the Gerson Institute with a passion for mentoring and helping others. She is involved in the community and has worked with council members at the National City and Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce; serves on the Board of Directors for Break The Silence, a domestic violence non-profit organization; is a key-note speaker at various events for the empowerment of women in business and our younger generation; and coaches the girl’s basketball team for Steele Canyon High School.
Fred has built a foundation with 3+ years of experience in the product fulfillment and inventory industry and comes to the Gerson Institute eager to show off his skills! Fred is an active member of the Barrio Logan community in San Diego, supporting community initiatives in art and humanitarian efforts to preserve the culture and support business growth and youth development.
