Recipe: Onion, Garlic & Dill Garnish

This simple, raw garnish is a lunchtime favorite at the Gerson Institute. Use it as a baked potato topping, or sprinkle on cooked veggies or salad to add a little kick!
Ingredients
- 2 Medium Onions, chopped fine
- 6 Large Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Dill chopped fine
- 1 tbsp. Flax Oil
Once you have finished mincing and chopping the dill, garlic and onions, simply toss them all together with the flax oil!
Serves: 4
