This book has opened my eyes to many habits that I have developed have made me ill. I appreciate the direct advice to change our habit to get better. The book also tells us why this is so. We all have grown up with these habits and don't even give them a second look. I am on my way to getting better thanks to the wonderful advice that is written in these pages. It won't be easy; I know that. It is wonderful to know that there are people out there who care about what is happening to humanity and the earth.
