Shipping and Transit Time
Most products are shipped within 1-2 business days. We make every attempt to notify you of any shipment delays may arise. Also, please note, these shipping times only refer to the amount of time that the package is in transit.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order will ship out the day that you place the order. The delivery guarantees refer to carrier's commitment once the order has been shipped. When we receive your order we begin working to pull all the items together, pack the order, and get it shipped out. We do not ship on major holidays and weekends.
Courier services generally do not deliver on weekends and most holidays.
The shipping price is calculated automatically when you check out of your online shopping cart.
Refunds and Returns
If you are unsatisfied with you order for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund for the price of the items you ordered if notified within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to be refunded, please direct that request to email@example.com. If the items you’ve received have not been damaged, we may elect to send you the necessary postage to send the package back to us. Once we have received your return, we can issue a refund to the credit card used to make the purchase. Orders with damaged or used items will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we will not refund shipping unless there are extenuating circumstances.
If goods are damaged during shipment in transit, save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us and we will contact USPS or FedEx to place a claim. Depending on the circumstances surround your shipment, we may elect to replace your shipment.
We take pride in prompt shipping and most orders are shipped the morning following our receipt of the request. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will in most cases be shipped the following Monday. If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you e-mail us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with “CANCEL ORDER # xxxxxxxx” in the subject line. Once we ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated above, but we will not refund the shipping cost.
