Are you getting ready for the holiday season? We certainly are! Today we are happy to present a brand-new free e-book: The Gerson Guide to the Holidays!

Gerson staff members Liz and Ally were inspired to write this book by the many courageous Gerson patients who chose to heal naturally and who have persevered in finding new and healthy ways to celebrate the holidays. Our Education Team receives many calls during the holiday season from Gerson patients who are frustrated by the constant temptation foods like meats and sweets, which are so prevalent during the holiday season. We hope that this book will help give you strategies and recipes for creating a beautiful and healthy holiday celebration.

If you are the friend, family member or caregiver of a Gerson patient, cooking delicious Gerson Therapy-approved foods and making it possible for them to have an enjoyable, low-stress holiday is one of the kindest ways to honor their commitment to healing.

Whichever holiday you are celebrating, make it a celebration of health and healing!

Inside you’ll find 17 recipes for your holiday feasts, including:

  • Lentil veggie loaf
  • Stuffed squash
  • Spinach artichoke dip/dressing
  • Plum beet sauce
  • Garlic herb mashed potatoes
  • Golden sauce
  • …and more!

Plus:

  • Menu planning
  • Beautiful food presentation
  • Tips for compromising with your less health-savvy family members
  • Dealing with temptation
  • Tips for the newly-sober
