Treatment Options

If you have not done so already, visit our GET STARTED page for vital information about the Gerson Therapy.

Determining whether or not the Gerson Therapy is the most optimal stand-alone primary treatment approach for you requires serious consideration and investigation. You and your medical team of local physicians and Gerson Practitioners will work together to develop a treatment plan and monitor progress.

Based on your response and progress of disease, your treatment approach may change over time. Therefore, it is possible that your Gerson Therapy protocol, and the role of the Gerson Therapy in your overall treatment plan, may also change over time.

For example, the Gerson Therapy may initially act as the primary treatment. However, it may need to move into a supportive role if conventional medical intervention is needed to stabilize the condition. Another scenario is that the Gerson Therapy may initially support a conventional primary treatment, and later become the primary treatment.

For these reasons, it is strongly recommended to work within our Gerson Practitioner Network to ensure a safe, efficient and informed approach.

The following information about Gerson Therapy treatment options will help you decide which route may be best for you.

Initial case evaluations are free. Submit an application for the treatment option that best suits your situation and needs. All applications are evaluated on an individual basis. Some cases may not be eligible for treatment.

Option One

Attending a licensed Gerson clinic is the ideal scenario that offers the patient and their family the most comprehensive support and treatment experience, including:

  • Minimum two week stay at a licensed Gerson clinic with room and board included for one companion.
  • Medical evaluation of lab work, physical examination and discussion of symptoms during stay.
  • Personalized Gerson Therapy protocol and adjustment of protocol throughout the course of the Gerson Therapy.
  • Guidance on continuing with local physician and/or oncologist while undergoing the Gerson Therapy.
  • Classes and lessons to learn the Gerson Therapy and how to implement it upon returning home.
  • All Gerson Therapy meals, juices, supplements and detoxification during stay.
  • Three Gerson meals and three Gerson juices daily for one companion.
  • Private room and bathroom
  • Adjunctive treatments:
Mexico: laetrile, vitamin C, chelation, yoga, psychological support
Europe: yoga, massage, acupuncture, reflexology, psychological support

Option Two

While it is ideal to begin treatment on the Gerson Therapy at a licensed Gerson clinic, some may not be able to travel due to medical condition or financial restraints.

Web-based case management is offered to eligible cases via video-conference and requires a device with webcam and internet. Gerson Practitioners within our network provide individualized Gerson Therapy protocols along with ongoing follow-ups, protocol adjustments and medical guidance.

The following benefits are offered through this service:

  • Medical evaluation of lab work and discussion of symptoms.
  • Personalized Gerson Therapy protocol and adjustment of protocol throughout the course of the Gerson Therapy.
  • Allows both parties see each other in real time.
  • Immediate case management for eligible cases that cannot travel to a licensed Gerson clinic.
  • Guidance on continuing with local physician and/or oncologist while undergoing the Gerson Therapy.
  • Flexibility to continue conventional treatments at home while still receiving personalized, medical guidance on the Gerson Therapy.

Eligible cases are assigned within our Gerson Practitioner Network based on consideration of diagnosis, location and language.
