The food mill is essential for making Hippocrates soup and other Gerson Therapy staple foods. You can find stainless steel rotary food mills online and in some stores.
Stainless steel: we recommend high-quality, stainless steel cookware with full cladding (meaning all the way up the sides) and tight-fitting lids. Tri-ply is acceptable.
Ceramic: as long as the cookware or bakeware are free of lead, cadmium, heavy toxic metals and PFOA and PTFE (chemicals used in non-stick Teflon coating). Do check for the specific regulations in the country where the ceramic ware is made. In the United States, labeled “Safe for food use”.
Glass: look for lead-free labeling on the dish or the manufacturer’s website. CorningWare is a good example of lead-free glass cookware.
Enameled: cast iron, ceramic and steel are also acceptable cookware.
Slow cookers: research specific models to ensure it does not contain lead. Use on the lowest setting.

The Champion Juicer is a masticating juicer that uses a high speed cutter-auger with saw tooth stainless-steel blades to cut and grind produce. While the Champion alone is not recommended for cancer patients on the Gerson Therapy, a special Champion homogenizing nozzle is used to grind only, while a separate hydraulic press is used to extract the juice. The Champion Juicer alone can be used on the Gerson Therapy for non-malignant conditions.
