Recognizing long-term clinic staff
Gerson patients across Europe and around the world who have attended our licensed Gerson clinic in Europe, the Gerson Health Centre (GHC), are well acquainted with Noemi.
Noemi Borsa has been the Head Office Manager and Program Coordinator at GHC since 2008. She assists patients with applying to the clinic, arrangements to get to the clinic, teaches patients how to implement the therapy at home, source supplies, and everything in-between. Noemi shared with us that, “Gerson clinics have the devoted mission to help and support people with our knowledge and experience, during probably the hardest period of their life.” She has her own first-hand experience with this to draw from.
Noemi and Dr. Nagy have been friends since grade school, and Noemi was by Dr. Nagy’s side as she battled breast cancer with the Gerson Therapy. Given their strong friendship and Noemi’s exposure to the Gerson Therapy through Dr. Nagy, it was a natural fit to bring a trusted and skilled friend like Noemi on board when Dr. Nagy opened GHC in 2009.
Together they have spent the last sixteen years actively making GHC more than a workplace or clinic; it is a place where people like Noemi and Dr. Nagy dedicate their lives to helping each person who walks through their door. They have maintained long-term friendships with many patients over the years. Noemi’s closing remark captures the spirit of the dedicated, long-time people making an impact behind the scenes:
I feel deep in my heart the very strong need for all of us to give. To give what we can at the moment – knowledge, wisdom, practical experience, support, understanding, tolerance, gentleness, and love most of all.
