Web-Based Case Management

While it is ideal to begin treatment on the Gerson Therapy at a licensed Gerson clinic, some may not be able to travel due to medical condition or other reasons.

Web-based case management is offered to eligible cases via video-conference and requires a device with webcam and internet.

How to Request a Gerson Practitioner

Step 1

Read our GET STARTED page

This is an essential first step before moving forward. Watching a couple of videos and reading up on the basics now is crucial and will save you precious time and energy.

Step 2

Meet our Gerson Practitioner Network

These qualified medical professionals are actively enrolled in, or have successfully completed, our Gerson Practitioner Training Program. They provide Gerson Therapy web-based case management for eligible cases.

Step 3

Fill out Referral Application

Complete the Gerson Practitioner Referral application through the link below. Information provided in the application should be for the person that is seeking treatment. Please include the best contact information to be reached (can be someone other than the client).

Next Steps

Case Assigned + Application Reviewed

The case is assigned within our Gerson Practitioner Network based on consideration of diagnosis, location and language. All applications are evaluated on an individual basis, and some cases may not be eligible for treatment.

The assigned Gerson Practitioner will make the initial contact in two business days.

Consultations are through online video conference, therefore a device with web-cam and internet access is required for this service. Some Gerson Practitioners may be available for in-person consultations on a case-by-case basis.

My case is eligible – what’s next?

The assigned Gerson Practitioner will contact the client to schedule the initial one-on-one consultation. Additional documents may be requested at this time.

Will I continue to work with my local physician?

Over time, your treatment plans – whether they include alternative, conventional, or both – may change based on your response to a particular treatment. Additionally, the Gerson Therapy is a treatment system that takes place primarily at home, even for those who attend a licensed Gerson clinic. For these reasons, we advise maintaining a positive rapport with your local physician. Your Gerson Practitioner will provide further guidance.

What if my case is not eligible?

A primarily plant-based diet, juices, and detoxification with coffee enema (if safe) can still support the body, improve, and in some cases, prolong the quality of life. A Naturopath or holistic physician may be able to offer elements of the Gerson Therapy combined with other healing modalities.

note: due to the distance-based nature of this service, patients are referred to as “clients” within the context of web-based case management services.
